Zaatar manoush is a delicious Middle Eastern dish that is particularly popular in Lebanon. It is a type of flatbread topped with a flavorful blend of zaatar spice, olive oil, and sometimes other ingredients. Zaatar is a traditional spice mixture made from dried thyme, sumac, sesame seeds . Surved  with cucumber, tomatoes, olives and mint.
