Snacking Goal:* Snacking is an essential part of our daily routine, but it's easy to get stuck in a rut of unhealthy options. This week, we're shaking things up with nutritious and delicious snacks that will keep you energized and focused. Aim for at least 2 servings of fresh fruit or cut veggies with hummus, and choose snacks that are nutrient-dense and low in added sugars and salt.
