Chicken Kabab Skewers

- Skewers (metal or soaked wooden skewers)


Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, ginger, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to make a marinade.

2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, making sure they are coated evenly. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for more flavor.

3. Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.

4. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece
