Kawaraa Tajin

Beef Kawaraa is a rich, traditional soup found in many countries around the world. A hearty and flavorful dish, It is made from beef feet which are slowly cooked overnight in water with onion and spices. It is highly recommended in winter as it is rich and thick in taste warming you up in the cold temperature.

Kawaraa Known as" Khash "whish is an Armenian dish same as Kawaraa but they add other parts of the cow to be cooked with the feet.


Here we will give the Egyptian style of cooking Kawaraa 👌


Cut feet in pieces and wash very well. Boil them in water for ten minutes. And we take it from the boiling water and put in a pan with in it Onion - Laura leaf - Cardamom - Brown pepper To make the sauce: A small spoon of minced garlic - 1 spoon of oil - 1 cup of tomato juice - salt and pepper After the kawaraa are half cooked add the sauce to it and put in a clay pot in the oven it takes from4-6 hrs tell get well done and be so ceamy and soft .
