Tajin Bamia with meat

Bamia is a rich stew cooked with okra, tomatoes and spices. Our cuisine variety usually contains cuts of lamb, which turn deliciously soft and tender over the long cooking time of the stew. And we add ta’aleya, (fried mashed garlic with cumin and lemon) which enriches the flavor and makes it special and so tender.
